Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a seasoned, results‑driven sales leader to join the Telco vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be the strategic bridge between arenaflex and some of the world’s most influential telecom brands and agencies. You will craft and execute partnership strategies that unlock new revenue streams, deepen existing relationships, and position arenaflex as the premier destination for telco advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Proactively cultivate and expand relationships with existing advertising partners, both agency‑led and direct‑client accounts, driving year‑over‑year revenue growth.
  • Design and negotiate upfront joint business plans with top telco clients, aligning arenaflex’s solutions with their strategic marketing objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new enterprise clients, educating them on arenaflex’s advertising platform and the unique value of community‑centric media.
  • Leverage deep agency and client connections to uncover new buyers for arenaflex’s ad products, creating cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Data‑Driven Strategy & Execution

  • Utilize internal analytics and external market data to shape client strategies, craft compelling pitch decks, and substantiate ROI projections.
  • Lead client meetings from agenda setting to final presentation, ensuring clarity of expectations, defined outcomes, and actionable next steps.
  • Serve as the primary conduit for communicating platform updates, new feature releases, and emerging opportunities that expand or deepen client engagements.
  • Provide consultative, forward‑thinking advice that helps clients evolve their advertising approaches and achieve scale on arenaflex.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to ensure campaign delivery meets or exceeds client performance goals.
  • Aggregate client feedback and campaign metrics, sharing insights with product, engineering, and leadership to influence arenaflex’s ad product roadmap.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing best practices, industry trends, and tactical expertise.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Partners and Account Managers to develop cohesive, multi‑account strategies that maximize overall revenue.
  • Build strong internal networks across sales, marketing, analytics, and engineering to champion client objectives and drive business results.

Thought Leadership & Evangelism

  • Represent arenaflex as a thought leader at industry conferences, webinars, and client events, positioning the company as a pioneer in community‑first advertising.
  • Develop and deliver educational content that showcases best practices for telco brands leveraging arenaflex’s platform.

Essential Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 7 years dedicated to enterprise‑level sales.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling partnerships with complex, multi‑business organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging C‑level stakeholders, negotiating large contracts, and driving multimillion‑dollar revenue pipelines.
  • Deep expertise in the telecom vertical, including product‑type knowledge, measurement solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Extensive network of relationships within both agency and direct‑client ecosystems.
  • Subject‑matter expertise in social media, native advertising, and emerging digital formats.
  • Experience designing and executing long‑term account growth strategies that consistently exceed quota.
  • History of top‑performer achievement against aggressive sales targets.
  • Ability to lead special projects, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
