Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients of a major US pharmacy chain, resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and other concerns
- Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, insurance companies, and customers as necessary to resolve cases and ensure timely delivery of medications
- Conducting insurance resolutions and benefit verifications to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Resolving complex cases to ensure customers receive the right medications in a timely manner
- Utilizing multitasking, data entry, and soft skills to effectively manage phone calls and interactions with customers
- Conducting basic computing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
- Utilizing Microsoft Office to navigate emails, set up online accounts, and reset passwords
- Working in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
Qualifications:
