Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and responding to customer tickets, providing empathetic and solution-driven support, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive. You'll work closely with our art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and respond to customer tickets using Gorgias, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

  • Assist customers with order updates, inquiries, and general product guidance, providing basic knowledge of hats and embroidery/deco techniques.
  • Process and send invoices via Shopify, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Keep the team informed about order changes for production via Redbooth, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with the art and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide empathetic and solution-driven support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Utilize Slack for internal team communication, staying connected with colleagues and ensuring effective collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms, with a proven track record of effective ticket management and resolution.

  • Familiarity with Shopify for invoicing and order updates, with a strong understanding of payment processing and order management.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to turn frustrated customers into happy ones.
  • A hat enthusiast (preferred!) who understands the passion behind custom headwear and can provide expert guidance and support.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for small changes in details that can make a big difference in our workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mirror empathy in responses and provide clear, concise support.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote team environment, with a strong understanding of virtual collaboration and communication tools.

  • Familiarity with Redbooth or similar project management tools, with a strong understanding of team collaboration and communication.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
