As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing support to our customers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions will be critical to their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Schedule

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be required to work a flexible schedule that includes:

  • Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
  • Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
  • Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location
  • Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible schedule options, paid time off, wellbeing offerings, tuition reimbursement, paid training and development, flexible spending account, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), and stock purchase plan
