Key job responsibilities:

• Mentor and motivate a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a physical presence on the production floor with shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Be prepared to work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs, typically following a fixed schedule with three days off.
• Oversee deliveries, handle packages, and operate equipment as required.
• Adapt to varying noise levels and physical demands throughout your shift.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Climb and descend stairs as needed (when applicable).

Basic Qualifications:

- A completed bachelor's or master's degree between May 2024 and August 2026 (degree requirements must be met before your first day).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is as follows: $65,200.00 - $75,000.00. This range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to salary, Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
