The Role

As a Flexible Remote Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for managing live chat messages on arenaflex's business websites and social media accounts. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product or sales links to customers, as well as offer promotions or discounts directly through chat
  • Maintain engagement and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences

Key Responsibilities:
