Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company, handling calls related to medical payment processing, statement inquiries, and other customer support needs.
  • Consistently delivering a great customer experience, ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Collecting prompt and accurate customer feedback to help us improve our services.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us optimize our operations.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining professional and courteous.

  • Experience in the healthcare or telecommunications industry is a plus.
