Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned parking lots and facilities, ensuring a superlative first and last impression for all customers
  • Ensuring our team provides exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, guaranteeing a world-class experience
  • Managing and motivating a small team of Parking Ambassadors to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets
  • Conducting compliance and financial analysis to ensure accurate reporting and financial management
  • Preserving maintenance, safety, and appearance standards to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining existing client relationships to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Implementing new procedures to enhance daily operations and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous supervisory and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in all weather conditions and across a variety of shifts and days of the week
  • Proficiency with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, and smartphone technology
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work

Schedule

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll work approximately 45 hours per week across a variety of shifts and days of the week. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
