Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional experiences that drive customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a retail or food service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
  • Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
  • Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
