Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for customer inquiries, sales support, and order coordination, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order placement to completion. This role requires a solutions-driven, highly intuitive, and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding service to both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing and managing daily sales orders in QuickBooks, ensuring prompt and accurate order entry
  • Acknowledging all orders and providing customers with timely status updates
  • Entering Build Assemblies for production service jobs, including prototypes, clamshell washing, and custom plastic pallets
  • Attending weekly production meetings and collaborating with the sales team to update orders and customers with revised ETAs
  • Maintaining the Sales Order Tracking report with up-to-date and accurate information
  • Managing digital catalog files for prototypes and custom plastic pallets
  • Assisting the accounting team with customer maintenance tasks such as questionnaires, document requests, and certificates
  • Generating purchase orders for all drop-ship items
  • Performing additional duties and projects as assigned

Essential Functions

* Working in a smoke-free environment

  • Meeting the physical demands of the job, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with order processing, purchase orders, and customer relations
  • Typing skills and ability to meet productivity standards
  • Experience with sales support, accounting, and tracking sales orders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Experience with digital catalog management and customer maintenance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
