Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to become an integral member of our thriving agency team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients, delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate support across a spectrum of insurance and financial services. Your ability to listen, educate, and resolve will directly influence client satisfaction, retention, and the overall growth trajectory of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, following up proactively to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
