Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide informed support to our clients

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process prescriptions and other tasks with high precision
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
Preferred Qualifications:
