Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent – Social Media Management and Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing social media interactions across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Your duties will include:

  • Posting updates, responding to inquiries, and maintaining engagement with the audience
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives
  • Analyzing social media metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure optimal performance

Rate and Location

* Hourly rate: $35 per hour

  • Location: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the United States

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Basic English writing skills
  • No previous experience in live chat or social media management required; comprehensive training will be provided at the start

Hours per Week and Flexibility

* 5-8 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your working hours

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
