Problem Resolution:

Product Knowledge:

+ Staying informed about arenaflex products, services, and policies. + Continuously updating knowledge to assist customers effectively. + Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers about products and services.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all interactions.
