Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Interaction

+ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy. + Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel information. + Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Problem-Solving

+ Investigate and resolve issues related to ticketing, refunds, and travel disruptions. + Escalate complex situations to the appropriate departments when needed.

Data Management

+ Accurately document customer interactions in arenaflex's systems. + Maintain updated knowledge of arenaflex's policies, services, and promotions.

Team Collaboration

+ Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. + Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Required Skills and Attributes

+ High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment. + Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. + Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Experience

+ Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. + Knowledge of the airline or travel industry is beneficial.
