Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their beloved pets. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
