Job Summary

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team, working flexible hours (typically 20-30 hours per week) from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
