Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, live chat, and email to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day by providing personalized support, resolving problems efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues through phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry and products
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60 days of employment
  • Quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
  • Flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday
