As a remote Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Work independently, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to achieve your goals
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that you're available to support our clients when they need you most
- Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard, demonstrating your ability to think critically and act with integrity
- Manage individual stress and composure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor even in challenging situations
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you have a dedicated workspace and reliable connectivity
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- A Property and Casualty License, or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe

Compensation Range
