Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
- Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in the development of new features and products that leverage AI and machine learning technologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and others
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile development methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
- Experience with cloud-native applications and serverless computing
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with data science tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, RStudio, or PyCharm
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Master's or Ph.D. in a related field is a plus
