The Role

We're looking for a motivated and self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in the home improvement industry
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
