Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to every customer, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

  • Understanding arenaflex's menu in depth, including our products and services
  • Navigating our online ordering website to assist customers with their orders
  • Taking orders over the phone, accurately and efficiently
  • Tracking orders and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in online ordering systems and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, with a minimum of 5-10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications
