Position Overview

Title: Customer Service Representative – Multi‑Channel Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full‑time (typically Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

Location: arenaflex Headquarters, Azle, TX (initially remote while the new headquarters is being built, transitioning to on‑site full‑time by summer‑fall 2025)

Compensation: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with an expected 35–45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, live chat messages, and email inquiries, delivering accurate information and heartfelt assistance.
  • Welcome and guide customers in the arenaflex showroom, showcasing products, answering questions, and facilitating a seamless in‑person experience.
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
  • Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with precision and efficiency.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
  • Craft clear, friendly, and well‑written email communications that reflect the arenaflex brand voice.
  • Consistently embody a positive, “can‑do” attitude, putting a smile on every customer’s face.

Essential Qualifications
