Job Title: Supply Chain Data Manager Location: East Hartford, CT Hybrid Pay: TBD Zip Code: 06118 Job Type: Contract Length: TBD Hours: Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm (EST) Start Date: ASAP Work Location: Primarily onsite, with some remote flexibility Keywords: #supplychain #supplychaindatamanager Department: OCE Program Office Job Title: PW4000-112 Program Support: PW4000-112' Program, Operational Commercial Engine Program Office Work Location: primarily onsite, with remote flexibility Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm (EST) with 30min daily lunch Job Description: Job Overview: To track and collect data on customer critical parts escalating action plans for receipt/non-receipt of customer critical parts/tools across the PW4000-112' program (including engineering, quality, supply chain, and procurement) Summary/Function: This role will be responsible for data tracking, reporting, and proactive identification of potential supply chain issues while working cross functionally to mitigate service delivery delays Critical Parts tracking: customer Critical Hardware (parts) delivery estimates by compiling critical parts tracking information. Part status will come from reviewing Excel reports, SAP data, and discussions with procurement. Push for resolution on open actions within part production to aid in delivery, which will require coordination across multiple functional areas, notably procurement, engineering, and quality. (52%) Future Part Shortage Planning: In coordination with the Program Management Office utilizing current reporting systems, identify and escalate future shortages in efforts to mitigate impact to customer. For parts without commit information, coordinate with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and the Command Center as required. (20%) Customer Communication: (8%) Clearly articulate part status to customer via email and recurring weekly customer meetings via Zoom. Anticipate customer questions to better provide complete part status. Other Support as needed: As a part of the PMO (Program Mgmt Office) this position would support the team that works directly with the customer from a higher-level perspective to ensure overall success of the engine program. A strong customer service orientation is essential. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are necessary. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A strong attention to detail is necessary. Candidates must be able to work independently or in a team. Candidate must have strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Power Point. Knowledge of MS Outlook is essential. Candidate must always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
