About the Role: Customer Service Consultant As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences, providing a seamless and simple process that exceeds their expectations. You'll respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, ensuring that every customer can buy the vehicle they want in a way that suits them. Your expertise and guidance will support customers throughout their car buying journey, from online sales and appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery.
