Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle 60-80 customer contacts per day in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries. Provide exceptional customer service, briefly explaining complex issues in simple terms, and demonstrating appropriate de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Consistently meet or exceed service and operational standards established for the call center, including attendance, adherence, quality, productivity, safety, and timeliness goals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services, establishing customer accounts, and negotiating and documenting service type, pricing, billing, and other required information. Support other service lines when required, completing cross-training with Operations, Sales, and Billing to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our services and solutions. Attempt to retain customers who call to cancel services by probing for cancellation reasons and offering alternatives, highlighting the features and benefits of arenaflex products and services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) and at least one year of previous customer service experience. Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and typing skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies and systems. Professional phone etiquette, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer contacts per day, and meeting or exceeding service and operational standards. A private workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) and the ability to physically connect the computer to the modem or router.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual skills in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of sales and retention techniques, with the ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services. Experience with multiple channel customer service, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms.
