Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide assistance with baggage handling, lost and found items, and other customer-related matters. Key Responsibilities

* Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items

  • Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Handle customer interactions with class, professionalism, and efficiency, providing solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of safety and quality

Essential Qualifications

* Must be a local (in-state) resident

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid In-State Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, airport operations, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
