Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations, patient care, and business growth. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, patient data, and other critical information. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality patient care, improve operational efficiency, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience

+ Greet patients warmly and offer assistance with products and services + Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience + Model and promote excellent customer service best practices with colleagues to deliver a unique and personalized experience + Collaborate with patients to understand their needs and proactively offer services to enhance their experience

Tasks

+ Advise patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient data security + Perform pharmacy tasks, including compounding, medication audits, and prescription management + Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications as required + Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with regulations, company policies, and standards + Participate in local community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and improve patient outcomes

Individuals and Performance Management

+ Support the pharmacy manager in staff recruitment, training, and development + Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance, client satisfaction, and colleague growth + Foster collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing clear expectations, recognizing progress, and promoting a shared vision

Preparation and Self-Awareness

+ Maintain current knowledge and required licensure/credentialing/ certification as outlined by government and state regulations + Stay up-to-date with advancements in pharmacy and healthcare by reading relevant journals, company publications, and communications + Pursue professional development through training programs, skills development initiatives, and mentorship opportunities + Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and patient care

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited educational institution

  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing tasks that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
  • Immunization certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Preferred Capabilities

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy software, technology systems, and data management tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
