Responsibilities

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems, prioritizing critical situations and dispatching emergency services as needed
  • Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Notifying customers of non-emergency signals, keeping them informed and up-to-date on the status of their alarm systems
  • Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch, maintaining open communication and ensuring seamless coordination with emergency responders
  • Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information, providing accurate and timely responses to customers' queries
  • Maintaining accurate records of alarm signals, customer interactions, and emergency responses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's quality standards

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
  • The ability to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required

Nice-to-haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English speakers (additional $1.00 per hour)
  • Experience in a high-stress environment, such as emergency services, law enforcement, or customer-facing roles
