Job Summary

We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our SBO Call Center team, providing exceptional service to patients via phone, chat, and other contact methods. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving inquiries, anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients' consumers, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards.

Schedule and Location

* Part-Time schedule: 10am-3pm or 11am-4pm (flexible scheduling available)

  • Remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home

Compensation

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding and resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods
  • Providing exceptional customer service, striving to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients' consumers
  • Treating all consumers and colleagues with dignity and respect
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization

Language Skills

* Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos

  • Ability to write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization

Mathematical Skills

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

  • Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs

Reasoning Ability

* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

  • Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work
  • Ability to provide clear and effective direction to staff
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with arenaflex departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients
  • Ability to multi-task

Physical Demands

* May be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times (limited)
