Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of support and care, and that their needs are met with compassion and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a fair and equitable manner
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that member needs are met and exceeded
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and procedures
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives and goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare or insurance setting

  • Experience working with healthcare plans and benefits
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
