Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry and Customer Service Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online and in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
• Completing written and oral instructions and surveys provided for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Participating in discussions online or in-person and providing honest feedback on products and services
• Reviewing and using new products or services before they are launched to the public
• Enjoying free samples from our sponsors and partners in exchange for your honest feedback
• Working independently and being able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent
• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Access to a reliable internet connection
• The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics

Experience

While experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are able to work independently and be self-motivated. If you have previous experience in customer service or data entry, that is a plus. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
