Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Upselling products and services as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work in a remote environment and navigate changing priorities and deadlines
