Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Support for arenaflex

Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through inbound phone support. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to show empathy, understanding, and solutions will make all the difference in their experience with arenaflex. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a strong understanding of customer needs, and are proficient in using technology to resolve issues, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through inbound phone support

  • Show empathy and understanding in the workplace, and offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support to meet their requirements
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, with a focus on "1st call resolution"
  • Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Meet productivity and call quality metrics, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Work a 10-7 remote shift after training, with occasional overtime as needed

Essential Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Suite
  • Typing speed of 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in a remote setting

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or online auction platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with call quality and productivity metrics
