About the position A Senior Director within Neocol’s Data, AI, & Analytics capability group plays a pivotal role at the intersection of market strategy, technical leadership, and organizational growth. Each day involves shaping go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Salesforce sales and product leaders, leading pipeline growth activities, and overseeing the creation of industry-specific accelerators that set Neocol apart in the ecosystem. The role requires staying closely aligned with Salesforce’s evolving roadmap, translating new capabilities and market trends into actionable plays, and representing Neocol through thought leadership, partnerships, and events that highlight customer success. On the delivery side, the Senior Director drives operational excellence across Neocol’s Data, AI, & Analytics capabilities ensuring strong performance, profitability, and talent development. They lead and mentor a team of architects and specialists, guide the execution of complex client engagements, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Acting as both solution strategist and architect, the Senior Director defines standards, resolves challenges, and ensures Neocol consistently delivers innovative Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau and supporting technology solutions that create real business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics (e.g. Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau, etc.) offerings in collaboration with Sales, Alliances, and Delivery teams.
  • Oversee and lead the development of targeted industry accelerators including vertical-specific designs, cross-cloud solutions, and reusable assets that differentiate Neocol in the ecosystem.
  • Lead GTM working sessions proactively identifying growth gaps and cocreating plays to drive new bookings and expand existing client relationships.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with Salesforce Product and Account Leaders (AVPs, RVPs, AEs) to secure joint opportunities.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives by delivering keynotes, participating in industry panels, authoring points of view (POVs) to otherwise establish Neocol as a Data, AI, & Analytics authority across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Represent Neocol at premier Salesforce events including Dreamforce, World Tours, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and regional enablement forums.
  • Plan and execute Neocol-led thought leadership events to generate demand for Data, AI, & Analytics capabilities and showcase client outcomes in relevant market contexts.
  • Track and optimize partnership metrics including certification attainment, Salesforce Navigator rankings, customer satisfaction scores, annual contract value (ACV) goals, and competitive win rates.
  • Create compelling market positioning through case studies, proofs-of-concept, and art-of-the-possible demos that accelerate sales cycles.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop counter positioning strategies to maintain Neocol's market leadership and differentiation.
  • Monitor and report on capability group performance including team utilization rates, team profitability, client satisfaction, and team development metrics.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for the Data, AI, & Analytics capability group, including revenue targets, cost management, and growth investments.
  • Establish and lead capability specific “Center of Innovation” motions, inclusive of delivery governance, quality assurance, etc. to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain currency with Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics related roadmaps, new features, and industry trends to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Neocol's Data, AI, & Analytics capability group in alignment with Salesforce product direction and market demand.
  • Build and lead a team of architects and Capability Leads to support delivery execution of our most strategic and complex client engagements.
  • Oversee talent development including performance management, career path progression, and skills development in partnership with HR, sales, and delivery leadership.
  • Create and deliver internal enablement programs, training curricula, and knowledge management to train and develop cross-functional architects and SMEs across Neocol.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving within the capability group.
  • Solution leader for enterprise scale implementations, serving as one of the primary solution leads and authority for our most strategic and complex engagements.
  • Guide solution architecture that integrates Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics related technologies with downstream systems.
  • Help resolve complex technical challenges and serve as escalation point for delivery issues across all client engagements.
  • Mentor technical teams on best practices, architecture patterns, and emerging capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, consulting, or previous technical leadership roles.
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce, Data Cloud, and/or Tableau solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions
  • Experience leading functional and technical workshops, executive-level discussions, and customer-facing deliverable review sessions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills able to bridge strategic and technical conversations seamlessly
  • Deep relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem including AVPs, RVPs, AEs, and product teams
  • Understanding of key industry verticals and their common challenges (High Tech/SaaS)

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies, iterative solution development, and early demo driven deployment cycles.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding technical delivery teams, particularly in Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics solutions
  • Experience with partner program requirements, joint GTM activities, and ecosystem collaboration
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and positioning strategies across Salesforce Data, AI, & Analytics
