Job Summary
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone, accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch, and providing excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary. You'll be servicing commercial buildings, and this position involves a mix of data entry and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming service requests via email and phone, accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns and adapting to new processes as necessary
- Work with multiple screens and multitask to efficiently process service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new processes and technologies
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
+ 1+ years of data entry/order entry experience + Proven experience working with multiple screens and multitasking + Strong customer service background, with experience handling upset customers + Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in a remote or virtual environment + Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
