Role Overview – Remote Health Assistant & Customer Service Champion

As an arenaflex Health Assistant, you will serve as the primary liaison between members and the comprehensive suite of health and benefits solutions we offer. Reporting to a dedicated Steward (Team Leader), you will leverage phone, chat, and digital messaging channels to guide members through their health‑care needs, translate benefit complexities, and ensure they receive the right care at the right time.
