About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, early‑career product marketing professional to lead and elevate our HR‑focused storytelling program. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success and is responsible for translating arenaflex’s innovative Agentforce solution into compelling, data‑driven stories that demonstrate how our technology enables “humans and agents” to work together as a single, high‑performing workforce.

As a Senior Specialist – Customer Engagement Storytelling & HR Innovation, you will partner with cross‑functional teams, craft narratives that resonate with senior executives and frontline users alike, and measure the impact of each story on brand perception, product adoption, and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Administration & Coordination
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the HR storytelling initiative, handling meeting logistics, material preparation, research, and data compilation.
  • Maintain a robust tracking system to monitor story performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing—to ensure alignment and timely delivery of storytelling assets.
• Message Development & Evangelism
  • Independently craft a cohesive narrative that positions arenaflex as the leader in AI‑driven workforce automation.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences, from C‑suite leaders to day‑to‑day HR practitioners, highlighting quantifiable benefits of arenaflex Agentforce.
  • Champion the narrative across internal forums, webinars, and external events to reinforce brand consistency.
• Customer Insight & Engagement Strategy
  • Deeply understand customer pain points, aspirations, and workflow challenges through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Translate insights into targeted marketing strategies that drive advocacy and long‑term loyalty.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to embed storytelling moments into key touchpoints—onboarding, renewal, and expansion cycles.
• Presentation Design & Delivery
  • Create world‑class decks that blend quantitative data, vivid anecdotes, and visual storytelling to captivate audiences.
  • Present stories in executive briefings, industry conferences, and virtual forums, ensuring clear articulation of complex arenaflex Agentforce concepts.
  • Iterate and refine presentations based on feedback and evolving market dynamics.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define KPIs—engagement rates, conversion uplift, Net Promoter Score improvements—and regularly report on outcomes.
  • Leverage analytics to identify gaps and continuously improve storytelling effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer engagement, account management, or relationship building within B2B SaaS, HR technology, or employee success environments.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations that influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for translating technical concepts into relatable narratives.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

For California‑based roles, the salary range is $64,000 – $88,000, calibrated by experience, location, and skill set. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for:
