Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing accurate and efficient data entry services for medical, hospital, and dental insurance claims
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload
• Completing a 4-week training program onsite to ensure a smooth transition into the role
• Typing at least 45 words per minute and ensuring data integrity

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload
• Strong typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years of age or older
• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check that includes an education verification
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, experience in a similar data entry role or familiarity with medical, hospital, and dental insurance claims processing would be an asset.
