Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Travel Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems, ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards.
  • Handling sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences, coordinating itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations.
  • Confirming bookings and sending detailed itineraries to clients, maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system.
