We're seeking an experienced and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients' customers receive exceptional support through live chat. Responsibilities:

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
  • Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive support experience
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries

  • Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support

Additional Information:

* This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week

  • Reliable internet connection is essential, as any downtime will significantly impact performance on live chat support
  • The exact work schedule depends on the client you're assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule, requiring flexibility
