Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service and insurance agents to join our team of remote workers. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including customer service, order support, sales, appointment setting, consulting services, and technical support. As an insurance agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading virtual insurance agency and provide insurance solutions to clients across the country. If you are not licensed, don't worry – we offer a virtual training class that will prepare you for the state licensing exam.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service and insurance agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working with a variety of clients across different industries
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
