Responsibilities

As an Administrative Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our client-managed database by accurately and efficiently entering new and updated contractor estimates into our web-based portal.
  • Performing data entry tasks with precision and speed, ensuring that all data is entered in a timely manner to support business operations.
  • Verifying and correcting data as needed to maintain the integrity of the database.
  • Collaborating with our operations team to ensure seamless data entry and database management.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and database management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. or higher).
  • Punctuality, energy, and a self-starter attitude with minimal supervision.
