- Completing after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Current residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or call center environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
