Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and motivated. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Updating and Maintaining Records: Maintaining and updating records, both physical and digital, to ensure that all information is current and easily accessible.
- Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, with experience in using basic standard office equipment.
- QuickBooks Knowledge: Familiarity with QuickBooks, with the ability to use the software to manage and maintain records.
- Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
- Teamwork: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management, to achieve common goals and objectives.
Job Type and Schedule
This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with regular check-ins and communication with your team.
Compensation and Benefits
