As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our members' drug plans and providing high-quality service to those who need it most.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our members. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. You'll work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide solutions that facilitate their treatment. This is a full-time role that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their questions and concerns about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Make phone calls to our members to understand their needs and provide solutions that facilitate their treatment
  • Work closely with our members to resolve issues and provide support
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g. call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with team members remotely
