Job Summary

The Experienced Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing other essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners

Duties and Responsibilities

* Review subscription deals or transfer requests

• Client/Advisor account exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Trouble Addressing:

+ Internal/External system improvements or concerns + Root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm + Client or Company Companion Service + Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues + Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry or a related field

• Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Experience with data entry software and systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
