Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have a comprehensive understanding of customer preferences and needs
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- To live within the state of Texas
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
