Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Vendor File Management Analyst to our team! The Vendor File Management Analyst (VFMA) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful vendor management. The VFMA will interface with brokers, consultants, and clients to manage projects that could include but is not limited to transitioning clients to Navitus from their current PBM, implementing new services/programs, and facilitating a change in vendor relations. The position is responsible for building deep relationships with Navitus vendors and their clients so they learn to trust us and have confidence that their needs will be successfully met as seamlessly as possible. The VFMA must have strong relationship skills to work with internal and external partners including subject matter experts across Navitus, which will be key to successful vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills are necessary to ensure that all team members are kept well informed of the requirements, any changes, progress status and any potential issues. The VFMA will additionally be responsible for supporting other client projects as needed and contribute towards team goals. Is this you? Find out more below!

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Requests historical files from advisor or client, and reviews layout as needed
  • Host the TPA implementation meetings
  • Review data transmission process, file layouts, timing, etc
  • Determine system hierarchy requirements and build in CRM
  • Coordinate eligibility test files, updates, and production
  • Coordinate claims extracts with all vendors (TPA, stop loss, advisor)
  • Coordinate ID card from TPA for approval
  • Validate eligibility files and extracts post go live
  • Manage data sharing policies and Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors
  • Troubleshooting any vendor issues to ensure quick resolution, including support of the account teams in helping to facilitate resolution of escalated file issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Knowledge of PBM or health care industry preferred
  • Prefer at least 3 years of vendor management (TPA’s, Consultants, Brokers, etc.), and working with external clients
  • PC skills such as Microsoft Office, Email, etc
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
