Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only) Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license) Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus Make a Meaningful Impact — Without Sacrificing Flexibility At Backpack Healthcare, we’re re-imagining mental health care for children, teens, and young adults. Compensation
- $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
- $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision)
- Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week

Support Without Burnout Collaborative clinical team, accessible leadership, and systems designed to support—not overwhelm—you. What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and fellow clinicians
- Complete timely documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education and care coordination

✅ Qualifications
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
